Making meringue with sweeteners?
I have used both Splenda or Sucrolose, powdered Stevia is fine but they tend to be a bit chewy, you can use thees 2 well, but the aspartame ones do not make meringues well they tend to be flat. You use them like sugar 1 teaspoon per egg white
