I barely ever drink water. And I'm trying to lose weight now and I want to drink more water to be healthier and for my skin, etc. I usually drink a glass or 2 of water only if i'm really thirsty. I've almost dranken a quart of smart water in the big bottle. I feel super dizzy now. is it okay for me to keep drinking it as long as i pee? or what should i do?
