2 Rockford Fosgate P3 12" (1000W rms pair) or 2 JL W3v3 10" (1000W rms pair)?

I know both are great for SQ but I just want to know which option will be better for SPL. Will be powering either pair with an MB Quart ONYX 1500W amp. It seems that the JL's are the louder option from what I have read but they are smaller than the RF's so I wasn't sure. Disregard price and both will be in a vented box.
