How can i find out who previously owned a house?

my mother used to live in a haunted house, my friend and I went in the house (we had permission) and we saw ...things, We'd like to find out who previously lived there. The house was built in 1900. We saw five things, a pretty blonde lady around seventeen. A man in his mid-twenties, he looked like he could be from the 60's-early 80's. A boy or girl (we couldn't tell) in their teens. A very very young girl who looked about 1 year old (we think her name is Emily Jane O'hair, but we have no proof). And a boy who looked around 4 or 6, possibly 7, we think his name might be joseph, or at least start with a "j" but once again, no proof. All of them (except the man) looked to be from about the early 1900's. The house adress is 410 west columbia in Greencastle, IN. My friend and I dont know how to find these things out and we were hopeing maybe one of you would. thank-you:)
