What types of desserts use a lot of egg whites?

I found a really cheap hand mixer being sold for $7 several days ago. I'm estatic that I can finally whip some plain jane egg whites into a dessert, since this method usually results in a relatively low-calorie dessert. I know the usual (meringue cookies, pavlovas, angel food cake) but does anyone know of any other types that are egg/egg-white based? Thanks!
