What do you think of the name Emilia Jane?

I believe we haved decided on this name for our little baby girl. Jane is after my MIL who has passed away, so its def.staying. Our second option is Emily but we think its just too common.Her big brother is William Mason. Our last name is Burrows. What do you think? do you prefer the spelling Emelia better? Do you think Emilia and William sound good together as brother and sister. I know she will probably have a hard time explaining her name, but Im Sarah and I always was asked with and h or not. I have a lot of questions and I hope yall can answer them for me. Thanks
