Need help with French Meringue?

I do mine in the lowest temperature my oven goes for 1 hour at 150 degrees F, then I open the oven door, put a rolled up towel in the door opening and let them sit over night to dry, my mother did this for her Xmas Forgotten cookies, if you want a white meringue use a colourless vanilla, I buy a German vanilla sugar and as I beat the egg whites and add my sugar it is combined with it, the longer you dry them and the lower the temperature the whiter and more crisp they are.
