Does anyone have the coconut pie recipe, or any other pie recipes from the Koffee Kup at Hico, TX?

I am looking for any of the pie recipes from a restaurant that I use to visit in Hico, TX called the Koffee Kup Kafe. Does anyone have any of the pie recipes, especially choc anc coconut, and the recipe for their meringue. I have moved three states away and really would like to have the recipes--I missed them. AND if you have never been there, you must go.
