HELP! tell me what to do, this is not fair!?

hi im 13, me and my friend rus (16) and my other friend james (13) went to a fish ladder were the people who work there were showing all kinds of fish. There was an abandon building on the side my friends saw a ladder, James started climbing the ladder the roof was 7 ft tall btw. Right when James got up Russ started climbing up and they heard a guy yell he told them to get off so they quickly got off and started to go further to the fish ladder. when we were walking back from the fish ladder the guy stopped us started yelling at my friend james "Wtf u ****** smart asses" was what he was saying. anyways we just kept walking and the cops drove up asked us questions and handcuffed us and put us in the car. my friends told they poliece officer that i wasnt a part of it, but he replied " i dont believe u". after we got down to the poliece station they took morei nfo figer prints, and photos of us. when i got home my dad kicked my ***... ( don t mind that) and told me im grounded till im 18. the next day my mom got the police report and a quart date june 14th. on the poliece report the guy sead that james climbed on the ladder and then rus, after rus boosted james up on another roof and james tore a screen off the window and broke in and that i was holding the ladder. he also sead that James flipped his off.and that we carried a ladder all the way there.( wtf cuz wed totally would carry a ladder in front of people....) any ways i wasn't a part of it while they climbed up i was sitting 50 ft away with my back facing them i was watching the water flow.... and now im getting accused of breaking in trespassing and breaking something! help tell me what to do, im INNOCENT! btw im new to yahoo, so please reply as soon asd possible because i got the court on the 14nth thats nexts tuesday!
