Should I tell my friend about this?

A bunch of my friends and I were at a party. I got a migraine which sucked so I kinda chilled, and my friend- who we'll call Jane- well, her boyfriend who we will call John was trying to make me feel better. John and I are very close as friends and hang out a lot. But he was cuddling me and sitting with me on the hammock, and then at one point, kissed me on the head. I mean, I know it's just on the head- but should I say something? I don't wanna start more drama than needed by doing so, but I don't want Jane to find out and be angry at me for not saying anything. Help!
