Whats (2 1/2 to 3-pound) fryer chicken, cut up?(PICS?)?

Yes, just use about 4 chicken thighs or two with the legs attached and that is more than enough. And nix the bouillion cubes. You're cooking the broth from scratch so using chicken flavored MSG cubes would be sacrilige. For added flavour, add a couple of carrots and celery stalks. For a roasted chicken soup flavour add about 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning.
