Where to buy Harry Potter uniform?

We need (me and my cousin), a white button down shirt, a grey or black sweater vest,a pleated black skirt, and Mary Jane shoes. We've looked at Aeropostales, American Eagles, H&M, etc because people told us that it would be there.
