Replaced with dirty oil?

If you are reasonably cconvinced that it us an honest shop, I would tend to think the other woman was mistaken or pulling a scam. Yes a sleazy operator could install dirty oil fairly easily with or without the bottles but I tend to doubt that anyone reasonably honest would try this.
